This is my attempt to cover food sustainability in the broadest sense on a blog: from a global perspective how can we produce and consume food ecologically and ethically and in a sustainable way now and in the future? Food that is also good, healthy and safe and respects our diverse traditions? Is it possible and will it be possible when we are 7 billion or 11 billion people on the earth?
